Wash the Veggies; peel the Carrots, Sweet Potato, and Parsnips.

Cut all veggies into ½” bite-sized pieces.

Steam the carrots, potatoes, sweet potato, and parsnip for 10 minutes. (optional)

Toss the veggies with the onion in a bowl with oil, salt, and pepper. Transfer to a sheet pan lined with foil.
